Check in for all concerts starts at 5:30pm. Seating will be assigned randomly within the section you purchased. If you purchased multiple tables with the same last name and within the same section, we will place your tables together automatically. Concerts start at 6:30pm.
Table reservations are needed to attend the concerts. There are no longer free seating options.
Parking is free at the Lake Arrowhead Village.

Concerts will take place rain or shine unless otherwise announced on the header on all pages of the website
Dogs are not allowed. That being said, we do allow service dogs, however we may do require proof of current vaccinations as required by San Bernardino County.
FOOD & DRINKS
We will be serving a variety of beer and wine at the event. More info will be coming soon regarding the various brands and prices. There will be no outside drinks, coolers, flasks or drink vessels of any kind allowed into the venue. Security will be checking all bags upon entry and be roaming for compliance. Must be over 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol. Feel free to order food from any of the restaurants and take it to go and bring it into the concert area.
CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, STROLLERS, WEAPONS
None are allowed into the venue.
ATM's are available on site.
This is an all-ages event. We will provide you with the number of wristbands per your table seating requirement. You can use one of those writsbands for your child so they have their own dedicated seat or if you are bringing a child under the age of 5, they can sit on your lap without an additional charge.
The summer concerts are held inside the Lake Arrowhead Village, a replica waterfront Alpine Village with over 100 shops and restaurants. This venue for our concerts simply cannot be beat.

Operation Provider has been helping Inland Empire families in need of food, clothing, school supplies and Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners since 1989.
