EVENT & AREA INFO
START / END TIMES
Check in for all concerts starts at 5:30pm. Seating will be assigned randomly within the section you purchased. If you purchased multiple tables with the same last name, we will assign your seats and place them together automatically (if purchased in the same section). If under different names, you can email us and make a request. Concerts start at 7pm and go until 9pm. If you have not checked in by 7pm, we reserve the right to re-sell your table. More detailed information will be sent to you once you buy tickets and leading up to each concert weekend.
Please note: that for the July 3rd (Petty & the Heartshakers) concert, check in will start at 5pm and concerts will go from 6:30pm-8:30pm as the annual fireworks show on the lake will take place at 9pm.
Table reservations are needed to attend the concerts. There is no longer free seating on the grass section or free admission to the dance floor area of the event. We also are not allowing seating on the outskirts along business storefronts to view the concerts. Please see the band lineup and tickets page for more info. More info regarding children can be found below.
Parking is free at the Lake Arrowhead Village.
Hats, shirts & other concert gear will be sold at the event.
Service dogs only with proof of proper tags (no exceptions).
FOOD & DRINKS
We will be serving a variety of beer and wine at the event. More info will be coming soon regarding the various brands and prices. There will be no outside drinks, coolers, flasks or drink vessels of any kind allowed into the venue. Security will be checking all bags upon entry and be roaming for compliance. Must be over 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol. Feel free to order food from any of the restaurants and take it to go and bring it into the concert area.
CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, STROLLERS, WEAPONS
None are allowed into the venue.
This is an all-cash event and ATM's are available on site.
This is an all-ages event. We will provide you with the number of wristbands per your table seating requirement. You can use one of those writsbands for your child so they have their own dedicated seat or if you are bringing a child under the age of 5, they can sit on your lap without an additional charge.

The summer concerts are held inside the Lake Arrowhead Village, a replica waterfront Alpine Village with over 100 shops and restaurants. This venue for our concerts simply cannot be beat.
Parking can be found for free at the Lake Arrowhead Village, however if you are looking for transportation options see the following:

Operation Provider has been helping Inland Empire families in need of food, clothing, school supplies and Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners since 1989.
